AME Apprenticeship

This Apprenticeship applies to employees who will learn about performing scheduled inspections, fault diagnosis and repair, and modification of airframes and airframe mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components, and of aircraft engines and (where applicable) propellers.

Upon completion of this course, you will gain the qualification as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME).

This course is open to anyone over the age of 18 and must hold Australian Citizenship.

Federation Training (RTO 0417) conducts the training and assessment and issues the qualification for Certificate IV Aeroskills – Mechanical (MEA40715).

This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government subsidies. Eligibility criteria applies
