FULL TIME & PART TIME

CERTIFICATE 2 AEROSKILLS – PRE-APP

The first Stepping stone to becoming an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME)

CERTIFICATE 4 AEROSKILLS (AVIONICS) – APP

This Avionics Apprenticeship includes study areas such as Electrical/Electronics, Navigation & Instruments

Students, upon completing this will gain their qualification as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) 

CERTIFICATE 4 AEROSKILLS (MECHANICAL) – APP

This Mechanical Apprenticeship includes study areas such as Aircraft Engines & Hydraulic Systems

Students, upon completing this will gain their qualification as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) 

DIPLOMA IN AEROSKILLS (AVIONICS)

The qualification satisfies CASA requirements for the grant, under Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) Part 66, of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence B2.

SHORT COURSES @ ATSV

CASA BASICS

Training all Aircraft Trainee Tradesman must achieve in order to qualify for CASA Licence

These may include E,I & R or Airframe/Engine subjects.

AIRWORTHINESS ADMINISTRATION

Prepare students for the CASA Airworthiness Administration (AA) exam.

DANGEROUS GOODS

Dangerous goods are items or substances that when transported by aircraft are a risk to health, safety, property or the environment.

Learn the correct procedures for management, handling and transport of dangerous goods. IE Chemicals and Radioactive materials.

HUMAN FACTORS

Human factors are issues affecting how people do their jobs. These are important for safe and efficient aviation. Human factors knowledge can be used to reduce the likelihood of errors and build more error tolerant and more resilient systems.

Courses at ATSV can be applied for by Direct Entry.
